How do I prepare my space?

Put toys away, remove clutter, separate clean and dirty items, put away clean items

How do I provide access?

For regular cleanings would recommend key / code access be provided and held securely in the Natural Maidens office.  For high rise access can be provided through concierge / building security.  

Do I need to provide a gratuity?

Gratuities are neither required nor expected but greatly appreciated.

How do I pay for the service?

Credit card details are required to secure a booking.  Following your service the card on file will be charged unless a check or cash is provided directly to the maiden.  For Commercial customers enquire within.

How are my credit card details and personal information stored?

Information is kept securely in Authorize.net, a widely used web based payment processing portal.

What do I do with my pets?

We take pride in being a pet-friendly service and take special care in making your pet feel comfortable during our cleaning process.  If you have aggressive pets, please secure them during our service. We do not clean animal waste ie: urine, vomit, feces, or blood including litter boxes and kennels.

How can I get a discount?

We offer discounts for daily, weekly and bi-weekly cleaning.  We also provide one-off discount for referrals.

Do I need to supply materials or equipment?

No unless there are specific products or equipment you would like us to use.  We bring our own supplies, vacuums and flat mops.

Why are you green?

People and pets are important!  We use natural products to ensure our service is both environmentally and allergy friendly.  Takes some extra elbow grease but we feel the planet is worth it.

Will I be satisfied?

We have a quality audit in place and randomly select jobs for review.  While nobody is perfect we strive for it.  We welcome constructive feedback and will remedy where necessary.

Are maids background checked?

Yes, along with our office staff

We try to accommodate request for specific maids where possible

Is Natural Maidens a franchise?

No, we are a family run and owned business established in the Bay Area in 2007

What are your operating hours?

Residential hours are typically 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Saturday.  Commercial clients enquire within.  Office hours are 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday.  We are contactable at all times via info@naturalmaidens.com

What regions do you serve?

San Francisco City and surrounding areas

Do you use employees or contractors?

We rely on employees and insure them for your safety and theirs

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice of the scheduled start time will be subject to a $70 cancellation fee. This also applies if our maidens are unable to gain access to your space.
